Warranty

Please carefully review our warranty policy and if your case qualifies for this

1 year to warranty
We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects or faults in the construction material on all our products manufactured in our workshop.
In case your order access to warranty, you pay for shipping ($145 USD minimum) and we coordinate the collection of the defective frame/fork.
The time for build your warranty depend of workshop queue, please take a patience.

The warranty will not apply if the following cases occur:
If your order past the year to cover.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by rust.
If it cracks due to fatigue, each rider is different and has specific requirements, steel is a strong material but not eternal if you put too much pressure on the frame it will end up creaking.
We place all the necessary reinforcements so that your product is strong and functional enough. If we do not recommend reinforcement in a certain place and you insist on placing it, you are automatically excluded from coverage.
We take special care with the shipping of your product, that is why we use bubble pack and fill. If your painting arrives with the paint compromised, it may be due to the rough handling of the shipping agency in your country.
