- How long does it take to build a custom project?
Building a custom frame and fork can usually take 2-3 weeks. Sometimes more specific orders can take a little longer, for example Fatbikes or pinion gear boxes depending on stock. We are always in constant communication about any delays.

How long does shipping take? - Regular service usually takes 2-3 weeks, depending on each country and its postal service.
- We currently have a commercial alliance with DHL, which, for an extra cost, can send your order in 2-5 days.
- Please note that our orders are sent in groups and not individually, this may take a few days to put together several orders and be able to send them.
What are the differences between steel tubing? - CrMo 4130 is a very strong steel import to taiwan and most comercial material using for build frames with hight performance.
- Reynolds 520 is a type of cold-worked chrome-molybdenum steel tubing used for bicycle frames. It’s known for its strength, durability, and comfort, and is often used for touring bikes.
- Reynolds 631 s a cold-worked, seamless, air-hardened steel alloy used for cycle tubing. It has a fine grain structure and is 10% stronger than the 520 range.
- Reynolds 725 is a heat-treated, carbon steel alloy used to make bicycle frames. It’s known for its strength, durability, and comfortable ride.
- Reynolds 853 is a high-grade steel tubing used to make frames for bikes. It has several characteristics: Air-hardening, Heat-treated, Thin walls, Double Zone butted tubes, Lightweight, Stiff and Fatigue-resistant.
How much taxes do I have to pay in my country? - The amount depends on the taxes of each country, it is not difficult to access this information.
What does the warranty cover? - One year only for manufacturing defects, check our warranty politic
Will you sponsor me? - No sponsorships are available at this time.
Can I be an ambassador? - Unfortunately we don’t offer ambassadorships at this time.
Do you offer racing a contingency program? - We have one in the works! Please contact us for details!
Can I visit your shop? - Unfortunately we don’t offer shop visits as we don’t have a showroom at this time. We will announce when we do though! We concentrate the majority of our our time building frames so we can’t afford distractions. We could talk bikes for days but we need to eat and sleep eventually too.
